In Search of Mods and Global Mods.

Hey everyone; Seraphina, Quinton and I are in search of help on the site. We are looking for two mods and three global mods. Their jobs are quite simple but definitely need to be followed in order for the position to be fulfilled correctly and thoroughly. Please keep in mind that you may not get either position depending on your lack of Role Play, lack of leadership or authority plus more. 

Mods- Mods help out on the site by knowing the rules and enforcing the rules when they need to be enforced. Mods also receive Mod rights on the Chat box in order to make sure no conflict arises and if it does they are able to kick or even ban members from the chat box if they deserve it but Mods must immediately Copy and paste the situation to ALL THREE admins and their reason for kicking or banning the member(s) from the chat box. Further punishment will be decided depending on the situation between a private talk with all Admins and the mod(s) who witnessed the incident on the Chat box. So please keep this in mind so you don't lose the mod position you have received. They also help give suggestions in making the site better. 

Global Mods- They have a more simple task when it comes to helping out the admins on the site. They have less of a responsibility but their job is still very important in helping make the site run without problem. They help the Mods and Admins with the new members and make sure all is fine and that the new members know what they are doing. The also help enforce the rules but letting the members know what they have done wrong and what it should be. They also direct back to the rules when need be. If a conflict arises they report the conflict to all the Admins and a private talk will happen between the Admins and the GM who witnessed the conflict. They also help give suggestions in making the site better.

Prior Experiences and which sites: I created many sites in the past, became second in charge or leader quickly in others, and I know the ways of forumotion well. (I have been on: The wolfspack, isolation, katmainativespack, and many more(I forget the names x3).

Reason for Wanting it: I'd like to help out, plus I'm on a lot. (Normally, I've just been sick as of late plus school)

Prior Experiences and which sites: I've created by myself other sites, such as thetwobloodclans, theclansofalltimes, landofsilverskies, etc., and I've been a mod on a few other sites, and I've been an admin. I certainly know my way around Forumotion.

Reason for Wanting it: I love helping out with whatever I can, and am extremely active on this site.

Prior Experiences and which sites: I've run many other sites, and are admin on a lot of them, and am very experienced. Currently, I'm an admin on 3 others sites, and a mod on 2 others. Unfortunately though, I've asked and they wouldn't like me to give out their site names, due to privacy and such. Though, one I can give out is RohoNguvu, a lion group's site, created by yours truly. ~
